The E4Q web site does not fit on my screen is there anything I can do?

The E4Q web site was developed to look best at a resolution of 1024x768 or higher. Simply adjust the resolution to 1024x768 and you should see the full web site without any problems.

How can I purchase E4Q squares?

Squares can be purchased individually or in pre-assorted packs of 6.  There are usually 2 6-pack assortments per design series. 

Is there an advantage to buying a 6-pack assortment?

Yes, there is a 5% discount on the assortment pre-packs

What kind of fabric is used?

All squares are 100% cotton, and are pre-shrunk.

What kind of thread is used?

All threads are 100% polyester, which is colorfast

Will the squares shrink?

The squares have been pre-washed before embroidering, so shrinkage will be minimal

Are the squares returnable?

All of our products have a 100% guarantee.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, please call for a return authorization.

How close should the cut-away backing be trimmed?

You should carefully trim the backing as close to the stitches as you can.

How can my completed project be included in the gallery section of the web site?

Are the samples shown in the gallery available for sale?

Our samples were created by Tammy Crawford with the express idea of showcasing our embroidered squares.  They are not for sale.
